What is Leadership in 2025?
We are hosting a Leadership Forum, discussing how to navigate leadership in 2025 and we would love for you to join us.
The forum will focus on the principles of leadership, building great teams, hustling for a sale in tough times and developing relationships that last beyond a transaction.
Speakers:
Roydon Gibbs - NZIM Facilitator, Facilitator and Consultant, Skillset
Roydon began his career in workplace learning and development in 1998. Since then, he has trained thousands of people from hundreds of businesses and organisations. Roydon specialises in building resilience, customer service, leadership, effective meetings, managing time and pressure, train the trainer, management skills, coaching, and team building.
His approach is grounded in evidence-based research and an up-to-date understanding of workplace learning and development. He has academic qualifications in adult learning and visual communication, as well as professional membership of the NZ Association for Training and Development (MNZATD).

Debra Buckley - CEO NZIM and Director Natural Pet Food Group
Debra is the CEO of the New Zealand Institute of Management and Leadership, Director for the Natural Pet Food Group (owned by KKR) and is a Trustee for the Four Quadrant Leadership Development Trust. Her experience spans more than twenty-five years of executive management and directorship roles in leadership education, FMCG, marketing and general management, gained in markets across Europe, Australia and New Zealand. Debra’s passion for neuroscience and human behaviour led her to her current role, where developing people and future leaders who can support overall commercial success of a business has kept her busy for the past ten years.

This leadership event is being hosted by NZIM as a fundraiser for Glen Honeybone, our website guy who is battling cancer and requires a significant investment for treatment. The price of a seat is a donation of $200 +GST. All expenses for this event will be covered by NZIM and your ticket donation will be 100% gifted to Glen and his treatment.
Session: 10am - 2pm. Lunch will be included and provided by NZIM.
